1. General

These terms and conditions govern your use of the 57 Jewellers website and any purchase or enquiry made through us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

57 Jewellers is a trading name of Custom Jewellery by 57 Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 15839230, with its Hatton Garden showroom at 69 Hatton Garden, London, EC1N 8JT.

2. Products & Pricing

All products shown on our website are subject to availability. Prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are subject to change without prior notice. Bespoke and custom pieces are quoted individually — final pricing is confirmed via WhatsApp or in-person consultation.

Images are for illustration purposes. Natural diamonds and gemstones may vary slightly in colour and appearance. Lab-grown diamonds are clearly labelled where applicable.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are placed via WhatsApp consultation or in-store. We do not operate an online checkout. A deposit may be required to secure bespoke or custom pieces, with the balance due before dispatch or collection.

We accept bank transfer, cash, and major debit/credit cards. Payment must be received in full before items are dispatched.

4. Bespoke & Custom Work

Bespoke and custom pieces are made to order and are therefore non-refundable. A detailed specification will be agreed upon before production begins. Timescales for bespoke work are provided as estimates and may vary.

5. Returns & Refunds

For non-bespoke items, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt, provided the item is returned in its original, unworn condition with all packaging and certificates. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.

Bespoke, engraved, or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded.

6. Warranties

All diamond rings and fine jewellery come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse. Watches are sold with the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and designs — is the property of 57 Jewellers and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected via enquiry forms or WhatsApp is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your request. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal data to third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

57 Jewellers shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
