Every watch is inspected before sale. The details of that inspection and any paperwork provided are confirmed at the time of purchase, on a piece-by-piece basis. If a watch doesn't meet our standards, it isn't offered.

Where available, watches come with original box, papers, warranty card and accessories — clearly noted as "full set" on request. Watch-only pieces are also offered at lower price points, with full disclosure. We never overstate provenance.
For diamonds, every certified stone ships with its original GIA or IGI report, matching grading plot and laser inscription where applicable.
Sourcing — if a piece isn't in the showroom, send the reference on WhatsApp and we'll let you know what's possible.
